Susan E. Durre
Counsel for the Residents of Miami-Dade County
I have been practicing law since 1971, and opened my own firm in 1975.
I understand that probate is not only a somewhat depressing matter, but
a stressful issue as well. My goal as your attorney is to minimize the
stress you and your family may feel, and ensure that your end goals are
met. I own and manage my own firm, and I strive to give clients my full
attention at all times. If it means scheduling an appointment for a client
after normal business hours, I will do so. It is my honor to represent
you, and I will help you and your family in any way possible.
Experience and Legal Credentials
I have a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting,
which gives me insight into how financial decisions can impact a person's
life. In 1988-1989, I was chair of the Probate section of the Miami-Dade
County Bar Association. I have previously
served as president of the South Miami-Kendall Bar Association and, recently,
served as president of the Miami Business Exchange. When given the opportunity, I lecture at legal seminars and advise others
in probate for bar and civic groups.
I have also served as legal counsel for Miami-Dade County's first nonprofit
corporate guardian, and provided pro bono legal
service. Because legal assistance is difficult for some to afford, I offer reasonable
attorney fees. What is more, I speak Spanish, allowing me to better serve
my clientele.
Contact a Miami Probate Attorney
I handle all types of wealth management and probate issues, such as creating
an estate plan, helping people administer an estate, and advising elderly
clients. I want to give clients and their families, peace of mind when
they hire me. It is my job as an attorney to assist my clients to the
best of my ability, and for years, I have helped thousands of clients
in Coral Gables and Miami resolve their probate concerns.
